To confirm your reservation, 100% of the total amount is required. We offer all payment facilities: Bank Transfer and Payment Link.
Pickup Points
The service includes pickup from your hotel in Cusco's Historic Center. If your hotel is not located in this area, the pickup point will be Regocijo Square.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel the service 48 hours in advance of pickup, the full amount will be refunded.
- If you cancel the service less than 48 hours in advance (hours before pickup), the advance payment will be retained.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the request, with bank fees deducted if applicable.
Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 5 days in advance.
If notice is given between 3 and 5 days in advance, a 30% rescheduling fee will apply.
If notice is given 2 days or less before the tour, changes cannot be made and the service will be non-refundable.

In cases of force majeure (archaeological site closures, protests, extreme weather conditions), equivalent alternatives will be proposed or a travel credit will be offered for future use.
