Adequate Physical Preparation: The experience includes an exciting via ferrata ascent and a zip-line descent. It’s important that you have an adequate physical condition to comfortably participate in these activities.
Age and Weight Limit:
o The minimum age required to participate is 15 years old.
o The maximum weight allowed to safely climb the via ferrata and use the zip line is 120 kg (265 lbs).
• Punctuality for Pickup: Please ensure you are punctual for pickup at your hotel in Cusco. Delays of more than 15 minutes can affect the start of the experience or, in extreme cases, result in loss of service without the right to a refund, due to the strict tour schedule.

Reservations are confirmed with a 50% payment of the total within no more than 85 hours after receiving this confirmation. The reservation must be paid in full before the service date.
- Payment can be refunded 100% if the reservation is canceled 2 and a half months prior to the service day. If the reservation is canceled less than two and a half months in advance, the payment can only be refunded if the released capsule is successfully sold.
- GMAX LUXE TRAVEL reserves the right to release reserved spots if payment is not completed at the time of confirmation.
