    Gmax Luxe Travel Tips

    • Acclimatization: Cusco is over 3,300 m (11,155 ft) above sea level. If you’ve just arrived, we recommend resting for at least 24 hours before starting any tour and avoiding heavy meals.
    • Hydration: Stay hydrated constantly, as high altitude can dehydrate you quickly.
    • Pace: Walk at a calm pace. Our tours are designed so you don’t get tired.
    • Local support: If you want to buy souvenirs, do so directly from local artisans.
    • Best time to visit: The best time for this tour is between April and November, when the weather is dry and sunny.
    • Personalization: If you’d like an additional night in the Sacred Valley or a direct connection to Machu Picchu, coordinate with us. We can offer guide options in French, German, or Portuguese if needed.
