Sexual offenses include sexual propositions directed at minors, both in person and through digital means, as well as blackmail and the distribution of audiovisual material with sexual content.

Child sexual tourism involves exposing minors to sexual practices, either physically or digitally, through the use of information and communication technologies. This includes online grooming, sexting, sexual extortion, and any other act that violates or deprives minors of their fundamental rights.
